I’m an Inner Peace Alchemist + Divine Channel, and the creator of The Soul Glow Movement. I guide women alchemize their pain + grief into deeper levels of presence and wholeness in their life through returning back to their heart.

For many, many years following the sudden passing of my little brother, Joey.
In 2016, I received a sign from my Joey that helped me REMEMBER that I am here for something so much bigger than myself and so I began my own transformational healing journey with complicated grief, trauma, overwhelm, and anxiety, and in the process, realized that it spans beyond my own personal journey.
Through my 1:1 programs and sisterhood communities, you will return to your power portal, the heart, which is the key to feeling and expressing your emotions, finding presence and peace within, remembering your innate wholeness to reclaim your power, ignite your passion, and return to a deep love for your self and your relationships and be emboided in your leadership of your LIFE.
My work is a magical concoction of intuitive wisdom, energy work and channeled healing for the mind, body, soul, and spirit. It is a sacred activation for women to be compassionately empowered and embodied while dancing in the shadows and light of life, simultaneously.
